Greater Than 3D is a unique fusion of a Health & Wellness Boutique, Community, Healing Center, and Apothecary. We proudly support small businesses and offer Sugar + Spice Apothecary, our in-house line of non-toxic, ethically sourced, and organic handmade products, along with DIY workshops, community events, and movement classes designed to reconnect the mind, body, and self.
Many people know that a multitude of our everyday items are laced with chemicals and toxins that can put us in a state of imbalance. However, not many people know where to find healthy, safe alternatives. Our Apothecary provides The Non-Toxic Solution™ with handmade, organic + ethically sourced home, beauty, and health + wellness products designed to promote balance, healing, and vitality.
Our approach for our healing center is rooted in holistic and somatic trauma-informed practices, including deep stretch yin yoga, somatic exercises, fascia release, and restorative yoga nidra meditation, to support deep healing. We also provide a range of healing services, such as red light therapy, acne relief treatments, detox services, and 1:1 health and wellness coaching—all designed to nurture your well-being from the inside out.

A STORY ROOTED IN HEALING
Founder, artisan, nature lover, and wellness advocate, Sarah is the heart and hands behind Sugar + Spice Apothecary.
Her journey to holistic healing wasn’t just a passion—it was a matter of survival. Diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, Sarah was prescribed antibiotics, Adderall, Xanax, Percocets, Hydrocodone, SSRIs—the list goes on— at a very young age. Yet, no one offered her other solutions or educated her on holistic healing. She was simply given medication, with no discussion of the root causes or alternative paths to wellness. As the years went on, Sarah found herself trapped in a cycle of prescription medications that only masked the symptoms, leaving her no closer to true healing.
Determined to find a better way, Sarah began to explore natural, holistic remedies and realized that true healing could be found in nature. She purged her home of anything with toxic ingredients and got to work crafting her own natural alternatives. She turned to herbal remedies, plant medicine, and ancestral healing practices passed down through generations. Using organic, locally sourced ingredients (whenever possible), she created the very products that would support her own healing journey—remedies that nourished her body from the inside out.
What started as a personal mission to restore her health soon blossomed into Sugar + Spice Apothecary. Today, the products she crafted for herself—soothing magnesium sprays, tallow-based healing salves, and botanical-infused skincare—are the same creations she offers to others. These natural, organic formulations are designed to replace toxic pain, sleep, anxiety, energy, beauty, home, and health products with true, effective alternatives. They work—because they are rooted in deep ancestral medicine and wisdom, focused on healing from the root, not just masking symptoms.
Sarah’s mission now is to provide what no one gave her: education, natural solutions, and holistic healing. From living with autoimmune conditions to managing chronic pain, the products from Sugar + Spice Apothecary are part of Sarah’s daily routine and wellness journey. Each product reflects her commitment to working with the body, not against it. Hi, I’m Sarah Banks, a trauma-informed yoga and movement instructor offering reconnection of the mind, body & spirit through trauma-informed movement, healing workshops, and non-toxic, locally made healing products. With a background in Western Medicine from WashU in St. Louis, my unique holistic approach to healing integrates both Western & Eastern medicine philosophies, focusing on health + wellness education, herbalism, maintaining a naturally balanced lifestyle, and healing from the root.
I am the Creator of Greater than 3D: A Health & Wellness Boutique and Healing Center, a project with a mission to create a community of spiritual, like-minded individuals to share knowledge about holistic healing, offer natural alternative products & healing workshops, and support small businesses along the way.
I am also the Owner of Sugar + Spice Apothecary: An herbal based apothecary and natural skin care that actually works where we offer handmade, organic + non-toxic home, beauty & wellness products for a holistic, “no-tox” balanced lifestyle, providing both a platform to empower and educate people people about their bodies & natural cycles and also to offer holistic herbal remedies as alternative to the toxic petroleum-based standard “medicines” to nourish and care for our mind, body & self.

MY STORY
From Wheelchair to Walking Again
Almost 8 years ago today, I almost lost my life. Many of you may not know, but in 2015 I was in an almost-fatal car accident where my little coupe was t-boned by a large truck. Even though I might never be able to remember the accident, I do know what happened next—the epiphany, the acceptance, and the triumph. These past 9 years have been full of pain, and of the challenges of physically and mentally finding myself again; yet, I have triumphed over my obstacles and pushed past boundaries I never knew existed.
While many people may see my accident as a setback, I have learned to look at it from a different perspective. The reality that I was so close to death really opened my eyes, and I’ve realized it’s moments such as these that forever impact us. I was crushed mentally and physically by that white truck. Yet, I was not and am not defeated. My accident allowed me to realize that ultimately, my success is up to only me.
Yes, I could complain of my struggles of renewing my daily routines and living with a metal rod implanted from hip to knee, screws in my elbow & a traumatic brain injury which left me in the hospital for over a month. In conjunction with another series of traumatic experiences in 2020, these stressors “gifted” me with C-PTSD, a strong reliance on pain relievers and a debilitating chronic illness that forced me to once again reassess my entire life. However, I am not defined by my experiences, but rather for how I overcame them and for that I am proud.
I was put on heavy pain relievers, antibiotics, and anxiety/sleep medications at a very early age during my recovery, and much of my healing journey has been about transitioning from those “medicines” to non-toxic, natural, and holistic healing solutions. Since the accident, I have experienced chronic pain, cptsd, autoimmune + other health challenges and as conventional medicine didn’t bring me all the answers I needed, I decided to bridge the gap between science & spirituality and heal myself holistically. The Sugar + Spice Apothecary products are what I rely on daily for pain relief, stress/cortisol regulation, anxiety, hormone balance, and overall well-being.
Alongside these products, Greater Than 3D has grown into a healing space, wellness boutique, and community hub, offering yoga classes, healing services, detox therapies, and trauma-informed movement practices to support deep, holistic healing. Through DIY workshops, community events, and somatic practices like yin yoga, fascia release, and yoga nidra, we help others reconnect with their mind, body, and self on their own healing journey.
I chose to alchemize my pain and transform it into motivation to create my own healing program & community with the intention of sharing the techniques I learned along my journey in hope that they may inspire others in their healing journey.

For transpersonal online sessions: Without 48-hour notice of cancellation, the fee is a full session fee.
For classes: Without 24-hour notice of cancellation, the fee is a full class fee.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We endeavor to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
