I’m Sarah, a trauma-informed yoga and restorative movement guide. My practice focuses on helping others reconnect their mind, body, and spirit, while rediscovering themselves through holistic healing and cultivating a natural, balanced, non-toxic lifestyle. With a background in Western Medicine from Washington University in St. Louis, I bring a unique approach to healing, blending both Western and Eastern medicinal philosophies.
In 2015, my life changed when I survived a near-death accident that left me with a brain injury, chronic pain, CPTSD, and an autoimmune/inflammatory condition. Although I studied Western medicine, I discovered the most profound healing through holistic practices, including somatic exercise, restorative movement and fascia release.
Today, as a trauma-informed yoga + movement guide and health + wellness business owner, I’ve alchemized my pain into purpose. I’ve developed my own healing program and community with the intention of sharing the transformative techniques I’ve learned along the way, hoping to inspire others on their path to healing. We offer services such as health + wellness coaching, 1:1 private and group sessions for yoga + healing movement and trauma informed home care. We focus on providing relief during trauma recovery, for chronic pain, anxiety/depression/cptsd, skin healing (acne, psoriasis, eczema, anti-aging, etc), body detox and red light therapy.
